John 12:44,45(NKJV)Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me.  “And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me.

The Bible teaches that no man can see God and live. However, Isaiah says that he saw the LORD. How are we to make sense of these apparent contradictions. God is both invisible and incorporeal. Yet, He can do as He pleases. if the One who created heaven and earth chooses to, He can make Himself known/visible. He cannot show Himself in all His glorious splendor-if He did so, sinful man would be destroyed by the presence of such great holiness. Because we needed to get a better view of Him however, He came as a man, in Christ.
